What it will do: Add a good non-dm rp criminal org that will (being the first) inspire other orgs to follow

Job ranks and Pay:Ghetto King: The leader of the gang who can stop any fighting amongst the gang and has more power then anyone but the posistion may be filled by a O.G that gains enough power to take him out therefor the leader may change often (so im not leader forever its more realistic)
O.G('s)- Does the major deals and decides how everything goes only long time members can get this posistion
Hustla-Lutenint to the OG's and keeps control of the gang . As well as organizing how to take out snitches and enemies
Dopefiend-More veteran members then Busta's and act as Assasins and Leaders to Bustas in Drug Deals and fights
Busta's/Juveniles- New members that are used mostly to do the jobs no one else wants to do
Money distribution- The dealer adds as much to the price as he sees fit, The money is brought back to the O.G (if ones on) and then he decides how much you get

Reasons it should be accepted: Original idea,I know how to judge a rper so i accept only the best (i use OOC applications but i have to see their RP before i actually hire them) , I know how real gangs work so it will be very realistic ,

Organization's history: It all started when Adan Ryder was released from prison after doing a large number of crimes in the city. He hooked up with a couple other criminals and robbed,mugged,stole cars ect. Adan of course wasnt happy with the shared power in the group. He murdered the other founders and took full control. This was the begining for the East Side Hoods

Orginazation of Gang: As the name implies the gang is more then just one. O.G's will each have their own personal group of the gang
sometimes the gang will fight amongst itself but the leader (Ghetto King AKA me) will have control over all the Hoods.

Code: If one is to leave the gang his once allies will track him down and kill him, If you snitch on your homies or talk to the cops about our buisness you have signed your own death warrent and members will be sent to hunt you down, If you help a enemy gang you will be hunted down, If a homie dies you go to his funeral If one gets married you go to his wedding, You may not fire on another homie unless they're hood fires first, If a homie is killed by a traitor/cop/any enemy then the gang must get revenge, When you kill a cop atleast clean the pigs blood up

Other: the code tracking down and killing will likely be a CK I will judge and ask admins before doing so of course
